Description du poste
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the development of sales channels and achieving sales targets in the city of Yaoundé. He will be reporting to the Sales and Distribution Manager. Place of employment will be Yaounde.
Specific responsibilities include :
• Identification of prospective business partners
• Establishing relationships with business partners, executing agreements and introduction into the sales channel
• Training of sales partner’s representatives
• Achieving sales target on ongoing basis
• Regular monitoring of the market response and product performance
In addition, the Regional Manager will support the sales team with specific project work which including :
• Elaboration of documents and materials
• Local market analysis and trend identification
• Organization of events together with the Marketing Manager
Profil recherché
Key personal attributes of the prospective candidate :
• Strong negotiation and diplomacy skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Well developed planning and organizational skills
Pre-requisite qualifications :
• Good knowledge of the telecom and Internet market in Yaoundé
• Appropriate education, preferably in Business or Marketing
• 3-5 years work experience in Sales
• Fluent knowledge of French and English
