Description du poste
Responsible of all aspects related to IT covering monitoring, IT support, special applications design and integration, Voip and billing, installing and maintaining computers hardware, software and networks.
The main tasks will include :
• Manage Information technology and computer systems
o Plan, organize, direct, control the operations of Information Systems
o Develop and implement policies and procedures for computer systems operations
o Control the computer systems expenditures
• Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current hardware and software
o Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
o Be familiar with all the hardware and software using by the company
o Be familiar with network operating system
o Provide orientation to new users
o Train staff about potential uses of the system/technology
o Provide individual training and support request
• Monitor and maintain the system to ensure maximum access
o Troubleshoot all technology issues
o Maintain log of required repairs and maintainance
o Monitor security of the system
o Install work stations
o Manage applications servers
Profil recherché
Expected qualifications :
• Higher technical education in Telecommunication Engineering and several years of experience in Telecommunication Business
• Knowledge in IP
• Familiar to negotiate with third parties
• Basic understanding in Radio Network and Transmission planning
• Familiar with the market segment and players
• Excellent PC/server knowledge
• Team player with strong communication and people skills
• Well spoken and written English and French
• Team working capability
• Resilience and big commitment
• Driving license
• Readiness for travelling in Cameroon
